Tended by hand through every season, the vineyard and olive grove are waiting for you to explore.
The Vineyard
Each spring the vines are pruned, cultivated, and tended with traditional, low-impact practices that preserve the balance and character of every harvest. Grapes are gently pressed and fermented, then left to rest in barrels through winter, slowly developing depth and a true sense of place. When the harvest comes, it is a celebration with family and friends gathered among the vines.
The Olive Grove
Native trees frame the property through every season. Each November, the olives are gathered by hand and pressed the same day, cold-pressed to hold every note of freshness and character. Our first pressing of the year is vibrant and peppery, softening into something rounded and elegant as it matures.
