Our Wine
Grown and harvested on the estate, our wine rests in oak through winter and arrives with real depth and a true sense of place.
Metodo Classico
100% Pinot Nero. Delicate aroma, with dominant floral notes of hawthorn, hints of small fruits, bread crust, and dried fruit.
Didone
Grechetto. Pleasant, fresh, and ample floral bouquet. Good personality and persistence with intense and fruity, elegant aromas.
AnNibale
Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. Generous and monumental, with intense, wide and persistent hints of spices, cocoa, vanilla and toasted notes.
Elia
90% Sangiovese. Rich and intense, with an aroma of sweet vanilla, followed by notes of flowers and red fruits.
Lucumone
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe aromas, hints of plants with balsamic notes.
Elissa
Sangiovese. Delicate, fresh and fruity aroma with a light aroma of tropical fruits.
Principe
100% Syrah. Powerful, yet harmonious and balanced, with a soft and elegant structure, complex and fascinating aromas of red fruits, chocolate, coffee and white pepper, with hints of spices and blond tobacco.
Our Olive Oil
Pressed the same day the olives are picked, our extra-virgin olive oil is vibrant and peppery when young, rounding into something smooth and elegant as it matures. Wonderful at the table, and luxurious on the skin.

Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo olives, cold-extracted for a straw-yellow oil with 0.20% acidity.
1 litre tin
The same olive oil, sealed against light and easy to pack home.
